About the Role: Ethera Diamonds is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer with strong experience in gold and diamond jewelry. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and developing contemporary as well as classic jewelry collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop gold and diamond jewelry collections (rings earrings pendants bracelets necklaces etc.)
- Create detailed design sketches CAD concepts and technical specifications for production
- Work closely with production sourcing and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency
- Develop designs keeping customer preferences trends and commercial viability in mind
- Support customization and bespoke design requests for high-value customers
- Review samples and prototypes suggest modifications and approve designs for final production
- Stay updated with global jewelry trends materials finishes and craftsmanship techniques
- Ensure designs meet brand quality standards and timelines
Eligibility & Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing gold and diamond jewelry
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and stone setting techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino Matrix AutoCAD or similar tools preferred)
- Good sense of aesthetics proportions and detailing
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial and production constraints
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in luxury or premium jewelry brands will be an added advantage
