Job Title: Expert Programs Training Delivery Manager CRM About the Role We are seeking an Expert Programs Training Delivery Manager to coordinate and deliver Certified Workflow Architect programs under the Expert Programs umbrella. This role focuses on managing learner engagement guiding architect cohorts driving program excellence and enabling superior training outcomes within CRM & Industry Workflow ecosystems.
You will work closely with internal experts content creators and global stakeholders to ensure a world-class learning experience.
Key Responsibilities -
Act as Delivery Coordinator for the Certified Workflow Architect Program.

Manage participant onboarding engagement progress tracking and completion.

Lead and moderate discussions aligned to program objectives.

Evaluate learner performance coach participants and provide behavior-based feedback.
-
Review exam results and feedback; ensure fair objective evaluation.
-
Track analyze and report program metrics; share insights with leadership.
-
Collaborate with internal content teams to improve training materials and delivery assets.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Expert Programs.
-
Support mentees and learners through mentoring and development guidance.
-
Maintain fairness inclusivity and consistency across all training cohorts.
Mandate Skills -
8 years managing large programs/projects in enterprise environments
-
5 years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (multiple applications)
-
3 years direct experience in ServiceNow CRM & Industry Workflow implementations
-
Strong project & program management abilities
-
Experience in training facilitation consulting or coaching
-
Experience with ServiceNow implementations or application development
-
Excellent stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of L&D best practices and training methodologies
-
Ability to work with global diverse learner groups
-
Understanding of varied learning needs and communication styles
Good-to-Have Skills -
Experience coordinating certification or technical learning programs

Hands-on exposure to customer workflow industry workflow architect persona guidance
-
Prior role in mentoring or leadership development programs

Exposure to curriculum design or content creation teams
