Description and Location
Core responsibilities
Strategy and planning: Define program scope set goals and break down the vision into specific measurable objectives. Develop and manage a program roadmap timelines and budget.
Project oversight: Supervise and coordinate multiple project managers and their teams to ensure their efforts are aligned with the programs objectives.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop and implement plans to mitigate them.
Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress issues and decisions.
Resource management: Allocate resources effectively and manage workforce and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
Performance and quality: Implement and maintain organizational standards for satisfaction quality and performance across the program. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
Essential skills and qualifications
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align projects with long-term company goals.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation
