Duties & Responsibilities

FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGER WANTED

Salary: R25 000 Commission
Location: Flagship Retail Store Luxury Brand

We are seeking an exceptionalStore Managerto lead our flagship location.
Candidatesmust come from luxury retailwith a proven track record in leadership sales and premium customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 4 years Retail Management experiencewithin aluxury brand
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Well-spoken well-groomed and highly professional
Must beSouth African
Clear criminal and credit record

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth efficient running
Drive sales targets and overall store profitability
Implement and maintain company policies procedures and standards
Manage opening & closing procedures and cash-ups

Staff Leadership & Training

Lead mentor and motivate a high-performance sales team
Conduct ongoing staff coaching training and development
Manage staff rosters attendance and performance reviews
Ensure exceptional customer-service standards at all times

Merchandising & Brand Standards

Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards
Ensure correct product placement replenishment and display execution
Uphold brand image and store presentation at all times

Customer Service Excellence

Deliver a world-class personalised customer experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships and VIP clienteling
Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Stock Management

Oversee stock control cycle counts and shrinkage management
Ensure accurate receiving transfers pricing and stockroom organisation

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Monitor KPIs and manage staff performance accordingly
Ensure compliance with audit HR and company procedures
