Job Summary

Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between English and Vietnamese during meetings conferences interviews negotiations and formal events.
Translate spoken content with high accuracy maintaining tone context and confidentiality.
Prepare for assignments by researching relevant industry terminology and materials.
Assist with the translation of documents as needed especially those requiring linguistic nuance.
Serve as a linguistic and cultural liaison facilitating clear communication between parties from diverse backgrounds.
Mentor junior interpreters and contribute to interpreter training and quality assurance initiatives.
Support cross-functional teams and international communication efforts both in-person and remotely.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Interpretation Translation Linguistics or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Professional interpreting certification .
Minimum 5 years of professional interpreting experience including simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.
Fluency in English is a must; additional language (such as Japanese/Korean) is a plus.
Experience with interpretation platforms and tools including remote/virtual interpreting technologies.
