The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software Engineering team you will create engaging user experiences that enhance our Concourse platform. As a Manager you will lead design initiatives collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to maintain quality accessible solutions while mentoring junior designers. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence user experience design and drive innovation in a dynamic agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives to enhance user experiences on the Concourse platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver accessible solutions
- Mentor junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge
- Drive innovation in user experience design within an agile environment
- Analyze user feedback to inform design enhancements
- Establish design standards and practices for the team
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and ideas from stakeholders
- Align design objectives with overall project goals
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 6 years of experience in UX or product design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma preferred
- Excelling in usability and accessibility principles
- Collaborating effectively in agile product teams
- Showcasing a portfolio of impactful user experience work
- Familiarity with motion or interaction design
- Experience with analytics-driven iteration
- Knowledge of GenAI-assisted tools
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Framer ProtoPie)
