The Role
The Junction Works Community & Youth team provides services to children youth families and communities across Liverpool Fairfield Canterbury-Bankstown and Campbelltown.
The Junction Works has an opportunity for an experienced and passionateCommunity & Youth Workerto join the team. Reporting to Senior Community & Youth Officer this pivotal role will see youresponsible for developing and delivering Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) funded programs. The role will also see you provide comprehensive case management services targeted support social participation and community support. This role will also require you to facilitate a range of workshops and programs across schools/organisations targeting children youth families and communities.
To this role you will bring demonstrated knowledge of/exposure to youth and community services with a passion for supporting everyone ideal candidate will also bring an open and creative mindset to the position; new and innovative ideas are encouraged!Strong organisational skills and the willingness to jump into any task at hand will also contribute to your success in this role.
