Mandatory Experience:

- Strong Contact Center domain experience
Responsibilities:
- Designand developAIapplicationsand infrastructure for the Contact Center platform.
- Collaborate with Cloudand Machine Learning engineersas wellas the development team to ensure seamless integration ofAI technologies.
- Stay current with the latestAI trendsand technologies especially Google GCP orAzureAI for Contact Center.
- Createand maintainAI modelsandalgorithms.
- ConductAI research to improve existing systemsand develop new technologies.
- Identify opportunities forAI solutions within the organizationand propose strategic plans.
- Train team membersand stakeholders onAIand itsapplications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations inAIapplications.
- Monitor the performance ofAI systemsand make necessaryadjustments.
