The Learning Content Coordinator at IMEG is responsible for supporting the development organization and maintenance of engaging and effective learning content for our employees. This role plays a key part in ensuring our training materials are current accessible and aligned with company learning objectives.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation editing and formatting of various learning materials including e-learning modules presentations job aids quick reference guides and technical documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across different departments to gather information review content accuracy and incorporate feedback
- Support the instructional design process by assisting with content outlines storyboarding and multimedia integration
- Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Coordinate with external vendors or internal teams for graphic design video production or other multimedia needs
- Track and report on content usage and effectiveness metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support the coordination of training delivery including ongoing maintenance and upkeep of learning materials and logistics..
- Stay up-to-date with emerging learning technologies and content creation best practices
- Comply with all regulations and laws
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development principles
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging training sessions for a variety of audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess learning needs and program effectiveness
- High attention to detail organization and follow through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and experience with content management systems (CMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Education Communications Marketing Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation content management technical writing or a similar role preferably within a learning & development context
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) or e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate) is a bonus
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Wage Range $30.00 to $33.00 hourly. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant.
