Required Skills:-
- Work on both functional configuration and technical development activities.
- Understand payroll business rules and convert them into technical specs.
- Develop and support Payroll interfaces integrations and customizations.
- Configure payroll tables elements earning/deduction codes.
- Perform testing debugging and data validation.
- Use PeopleTools App Engine SQR and Application Designer.
- Support payroll cycles and resolve system/processing errors.
- Work on PS Query BI Publisher reporting and SQL tuning.
- Assist with upgrades patches and retrofits.
- Coordinate with functional and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
