Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of logistics strategies aligned with USSOCOM objectives and SOF GLSS contract requirements.
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation warehousing inventory control and field support.
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations FAR/DFARS and USSOCOM-specific directives.
- Collaborate with supply chain maintenance and program management teams to optimize sustainment performance.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and readiness metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Assist in managing subcontractor performance and logistics-related deliverables.
- Support audit readiness DCMA surveillance and government reporting requirements.
- Mentor logistics personnel and site leads to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
- Serve as a liaison between logistics operations and government stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities.
ð¹ Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of experience in logistics operations with at least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts.
- Strong understanding of military logistics sustainment operations and government compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g. DPAS GCSS-Army or equivalent).
ð¹ Preferred Certifications
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
- Secret clearance or eligibility preferred
