We provide compassionate person-centred support for people affected by alcohol and other drug use mental health challenges justice involvement family and domestic violence and youth disengagement.
About the Role
As the PCADS Team Leader youll play a key role in guiding high-quality services for people with complex needs. Youll support a small team of Counsellor Educators provide clinical guidance and ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
Youll also work closely with the General Manager and local stakeholders to strengthen community responses to AOD use and mental health in the Pilbara/Kimberley region. The role includes a mix of service delivery team leadership data oversight and community engagement.

- $100776.00 base super $20000.00 regional allowance per annum
- Full-time 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- Ongoing training development and supervision
- Free confidential counselling for staff and families
- Meaningful community work with strong regional partnerships
- The opportunity to influence service quality and client outcomes
- Work in a culturally secure place-based environment
- Travel within the region as required
Youll Need
- A tertiary qualification in psychology social/behavioural sciences health mental health nursing youth work management or equivalent
- Experience in the alcohol and other drug and/or mental health sector
- Understanding of co-occurring AOD and mental health challenges
- Knowledge of harm reduction diversion prevention and evidence-based AOD interventions
- Commitment to culturally secure practice and HOPEs mission values and frameworks
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients staff and stakeholders
- Leadership experience (highly desirable) including supervision performance development and team support
- Experience in case management and client record systems (desirable)
