What youll need to succeed

• A proven track record of inspiring leadership whether youve led a team or worked with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies and hitting those ambitious goals.
• Deep understanding of marketing channels and tools from digital marketing and social media to EDM.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and their impact within a non-profit setting.
• Strong project management skills with a knack for planning and executing marketing initiatives.

• Passion for data with an insights-driven approach to marketing and fundraising.

• A strategic mindset paired with analytical skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for nature conservation and alignment with the values of Bush Heritage.

• Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing team workflows efficiently.

• Strong writing skills with experience in crafting and editing compelling content.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
