Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shop Helper to support daily fabrication operations in a busy Tulsa facility. The Shop Helper will assist with material handling rigging crane operation and general shop support to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment to move steel plates beams and fabricated parts
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials
Perform forklift operations and general material-handling duties
Support machine operators with part loading unloading and basic shop tasks
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in a shop or fabrication environment preferred
Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to lift move and handle materials safely
Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
