Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule & Hours:

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Social Media Marketing and Website Support Specialist to help establish and grow the online presence of a medical and aesthetics education platform. This role will begin at 2039 hours per week with the intention of moving into a full-time position as workload increases.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in social media management content creation marketing and basic website support. Familiarity with Moodle or similar learning management systems is highly valued. Experience in medical beauty or aesthetics industries is a bonus but not required.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing
  • Develop implement and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn etc.).
  • Create engaging posts graphics and short-form videos aligned with the brands tone and target audience.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars proactively.
  • Run and optimise paid social media adverts.
  • Conduct basic SEO tasks to support website visibility and organic growth.
  • Utilise AI tools to enhance content quality (images videos voiceovers etc.).
  • Ensure all content maintains a premium and professional look consistent with the medical education field.
AI Content Integration
  • Use AI image/video tools to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • (Optional) Work with voice cloning tools such as ElevenLabs to support video or course material production.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools that can improve content output and workflow.
Website & LMS Support (Moodle)
  • Upload new course materials videos and modules to the Moodle LMS.
  • Ensure updates are accurate properly formatted and functioning correctly.
  • Manage basic website updates links banners and course information.
  • Respond to general email inquiries from students website visitors and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the web designer on workflows or tools they implement.
  • Provide approximately 1 hour per day of coverage for website/email support (with potential to increase over time).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and marketing analytics.
  • Experience using AI creative tools (e.g. Midjourney Runway ElevenLabs) preferred but not required.
  • Background in medical beauty or aesthetics industries helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with learning management systems (Moodle preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently manage deadlines and adapt to increasing workload.
