Our client a leading dairy organization is looking for a proactive Junior Regulatory Coordinator to support product registrations regulatory engagements and compliance activities that enable new product and packaging launches across Nigeria.

Who You Are

You are an early-career regulatory professional with a background in food technology or related sciences. Youre detail-oriented a strong communicator and comfortable engaging with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders. Youre eager to learn good at organization and follow-up and enjoy translating regulatory requirements into practical actions.

What Youll Do

• Manage product registration and renewal processes for local and imported products ensuring timely submissions.
  

• Liaise with Nigerian regulatory bodies (e.g. SON NAFDAC FCCPC NESREA NAQS) to support product and package launches.
  

• Prepare and compile regulatory documentation national standards paperwork and supporting files for filings.
  

• Track regulatory submission progress and escalate issues to meet launch timelines.
  

• Monitor local and regional regulatory developments and flag risks or opportunities.
  

• Build and maintain relationships with external experts agencies and trade associations.
  

• Support incident management and regulatory crisis responses as required.
  

• Perform any additional regulatory tasks as assigned.

Requirements

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology or a related science discipline.
  

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role (food industry preferred).
  

• Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory agencies and product registration processes is a plus.
  

• Strong MS Office skills and confidence preparing presentations and regulatory packs.
  

• Excellent attention to detail stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

• Team player organised with good negotiation and follow-up capabilities.
