The REA Commercial and Industrial drives the sale of commercial and industrial land within Africas largest privately developed city. The role focuses on identifying and securing strategic partnerships with industries educational institutions healthcare facilities and commercial enterprises. The advisor manages the entire sales cycle from lead generation and bespoke presentations to negotiations and closure. The position also requires building long term relationships with agents and clients while working closely with the Head of Sales and Country Head.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Diaspora Sales Associate proactively reaches out to potential customers in the diaspora to introduce Tatu Citys residential commercial and industrial products. The role focuses on generating leads driving customer engagement and supporting the commercial team through active outreach database development and tele sales strategies. This position is suited to individuals who are confident communicators comfortable working with international clients and able to adjust working hours to match global time zones.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation presentations site visits negotiations closure and administration in close coordination with the Head of Sales and the Country Head.
Identify opportunities for the sale of educational commercial and industrial land to target market (industries companies hotels schools hospitals religious institutions and developers (JVs also possible).
Generate convert and close local and international sales leads.
Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents.
Build and maintain a relationship with current commercial and industrial clients by offering aftersales support.
Upload client information and sales activities in CRM.
Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities.
Work with the marketing team in implementing a marketing strategy to support sales.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.
Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles.
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in sales marketing or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
