About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire QA Engineer with strong exposure to the Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing Guidewire applications validating business workflows and ensuring high-quality delivery across PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes automated test scripts to validate software functionality performance and reliability using industry-standard frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress).
Experience with the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is a plus.
Designs implements and maintains robust test frameworks to improve testing efficiency scalability and code reusability.
Knowledge of insurance software systems (e.g. policy administration claims management) is a plus.
Analyzes and reports test results providing clear and concise feedback to development teams for defect resolution and continuous process improvement.
Possesses a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions within the insurance domain
Required Skills:
68 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in Guidewire testing.
Mandatory experience in the insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium TestNG) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
