Job Summary
Job Title: P&C Insurance Executive (Brokerage / Underwriting)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated P&C Insurance Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Insurance Brokerage or Underwriting. The candidate will support US insurance operations handling policy processing underwriting assistance and broker coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in underwriting and policy processing for P&C insurance lines
Work with brokers and underwriters to gather required documentation
Review submissions applications and insurance documents for accuracy
Prepare quotes binders endorsements and policy documentation
Maintain and update client and policy records in internal systems
Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations and company guidelines
Communicate with US clients/brokers via email and calls (as required)
Support renewals audits and reporting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in P&C Insurance (Brokerage or Underwriting)
Good understanding of US P&C insurance processes
Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle (submission to binding)
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance tools/systems
Ability to work in US shift (night shift)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with US-based insurance clients or agencies
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Hands-on experience in Insurance Brokerage or Underwriting support for US clients
Strong understanding of US P&C insurance processes and policy lifecycle (submission quoting binding endorsements renewals)
Ability to review and analyze insurance documents with high accuracy
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing exposure preferred)
Comfortable working in US shift (night shift)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Graduate in any discipline (Insurance or Finance background preferred)
