Job Summary

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets within the Kolkata cluster.
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of sales representatives ensuring performance accountability and continuous development.
  • Identify new business opportunities expand client portfolios and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitive landscape customer needs and emerging trends in the administration services sector.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and service delivery capabilities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports forecasts and performance dashboards for senior leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies sales processes and ethical business standards across all activities.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and client retention.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of progressive experience in sales management preferably within administration business process outsourcing (BPO) or professional services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zoho).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata business ecosystem and regional market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas as required
