Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in sales management preferably within administration business process outsourcing (BPO) or professional services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zoho).
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata business ecosystem and regional market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas as required
