Schedule daily posts quick replies on Instagram Facebook LinkedIn using Zoho Social
Create and analyse customer surveys & NPS in Zoho Survey (target 200 responses monthly)
Manage & optimize Google My Business and local listings using Zoho Publish
Set up and run loyalty referral & affiliate programs in Zoho Thrive
Host 1 webinar/virtual event every month end-to-end using Zoho Backstage
Manage product catalogue pricing abandoned-cart emails in Zoho Commerce
Build quick forms (quote request webinar signup etc.) using Zoho Forms

Requirements

Must-Have

13 years experience in content social media or community management
Creative writing basic Canva/photo editing skills
