The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced residential Senior Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to step into a true elite designer position within a premium residential landscape design and construction business.
You will be responsible for owning the full design journey across high-end residential projects while also playing a key mentoring role within the design team.

You will be responsible for owning the full design journey across high-end residential projects while also playing a key mentoring role within the design team.
Your role will include:
- Leading residential landscape design projects from initial client consultation through to final design presentation
- Applying your strong plant knowledge horticultural understanding and refined design eye across every project
- Working directly with clients to understand their vision lifestyle and priorities and then translating this into inspired residential landscape designs
- Managing client relationships throughout the design phase with clear communication confidence and professionalism
- Mentoring and overseeing junior designers to ensure all documentation and designs meet Brookes Blooms high standards before client presentation
- Reviewing and refining concepts plans and planting palettes produced by the design team
- Working collaboratively with internal construction and delivery teams to ensure smooth project outcomes
- Supporting a subtle sales function through client consultations concept presentations and project conversions
Requirements

- Proven experience as a senior residential landscape designer or landscape architect
- Exceptionally strong plant knowledge and understanding of how gardens perform long-term
- A refined eye for detail balance proportion and functional outdoor living design
- High-level client communication and relationship management skills
- Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive design guidance
- The ability to balance creativity with budgets timelines and client expectations
- A genuine passion for residential landscaping rather than commercial-focused design
