Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to supporting the commercial lines operations and offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to manage accounts assist with quoting and proposals and ensure exceptional client service. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who is eager to develop their career in the insurance industry.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $46000 - $50000 annually
- CSR Bonus: $4000 - $5000
- End-of-Year Bonus: $5000
- Profit Sharing: $1000 - $2500 (dependent on company performance)
- Holiday Bonus: $400 - $500
Responsibilities
- Assist with overall Commercial Lines Account Management duties under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business.
- Prepare proposals and assist in converting sales opportunities.
- Utilize Partner XE software and carrier websites for account management tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Organize and manage account documentation and ensure accuracy in all processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software including Partner XE is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (People Person).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software platforms.
