G&A Partners client is currently seeking a Recruiter/Candidate Success Coordinator to join its team in Austin TX.
Summary
This role will support organizational growth by fully owning the hiring and training needs for our day to day field operations in addition to working with our outsourced recruiting firm for future strategic hires.This position will also own our Learning Management System and be responsible for its build-out.
This position will ensure that the revolving door of construction and maintenance crew hiring becomes more efficient less costly and results in higher employee retention. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment is passionate about finding employees who are both skilled and value-aligned and is ready to grow with a mission-driven company.
The successful candidate will also assist in policy development and implementation as directed.
Reports to Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
Hiring Coordination
- Coordinate with field crew / company management to ensure operational capacity is maintained.
- Fully own all sourcing / recruiting responsibilities including but not limited to posting to job boards (LinkedIn Indeed etc.) phone screening scheduling candidates and participating in all interviews.
- Fully own all new staff onboarding not just candidates sourced by this position this includes but is not limited to I9 verification entering into HR system etc.
- Review and improve upon job descriptions and hiring processes to ensure quality interview candidates.
- Support management in all hiring needs.
- Coordinate with outsourced hiring firm.
- Coordinate with CFO CEO/COO and Project Coordinator to align future hiring with upcoming needs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure all evaluation forms are completed and to ensure that operational needs in the field are being met.
- Successfully work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing deadlines schedules and shifting field crews (THE ONLY CONSTANT THING IS CHANGE!).
- Feel comfortable communicating directly with all levels of the organization.
- Fully own development and implementation of all hiring related policies ensuring alignment with company values.
- Regularly perform work indoors.
Training Management
- Fully own implementation of Greenius Learning Management System creation and implementation.
- Once implemented fully own staff accountability within LMS.
- Coordinate scheduling of management training for all company management.
- Coordinate and fully own yearly performance reviews and regular job description reviews.
- Track coordinate and maintain all professional certifications for all staff renewals and validity of OSHA CPR Irrigation and any other certifications.
- Fully own development and implementation of all training related policies ensuring alignment with company values.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 3 Years experience in hiring and training.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail able to manage multiple projects time-lines and communication streams simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills with a proactive solution-oriented approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative profit-driven and mission driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly with Excel Word and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ready to serve: Jump in be enthusiastic.
- Seek to understand: Dig in get curious do not assume.
- Never Give Up: Own it embrace it get it done.
Primary Location: Maas Verde Office (Southwest Austin)
Secondary Location: Hybrid work schedule available after 90 day probationary period.
Shift: 40 hours / week hybrid
Travel: Yes mostly local

The starting range represents the low and high end of the G&A Partners range for this position. Actual wages will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of G&As total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commissions annual bonuses and program specific addition G&A Partners provides a variety of benefits to employees including health dental vision life insurance short-term and long-term disability flexible spending ancillary benefits retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
