We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support operations in Doral FL. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support operations in Doral FL. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
What Youll Do
As a Senior Program Specialist you will play a critical role in emerging technologies and strategic insights to support mission objectives. This role requires developing articulating and communicating a clear strategic vision across all Joint Directorates as well as with academic partners and foreign mission counterparts.
In this role you will:
- Apply capabilities such as: graph store RDF Triples Location Based Intelligence AI/ML Data enrichment pipelines and GIS systems.
- Provide technical operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command its subordinate units and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform.
- Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations.
- Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration task management and mitigation.
- Create system architecture overview implementation product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public.
- Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. Mentor train and advise senior leadership.

- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Masters degree or minimum of 11 years experience supporting DoD and/or Interagency organizations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate experience in the early adoption of technology comprehension of emerging technology and SC strategic with cross functional technology.
- Certifications:
- Must have a current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
- Some overnight stays possible.
- Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR .
- Primarily an office-based role in Doral FL
- Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site
- Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.
- May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
- Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance
