What will you do
Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market
Make a high volume of daily cold calls to generate qualified leads
Book meetings with potential clients and hand them over to Sales Executives
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
Track your activities and performance in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve conversion
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs

Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
Structured and proactive multitasker
Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English
Open to relocation or already based in Gothenburg
