Job Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager to join our team. As a Manager in the DAT - Tech & Data team you will work closely with global engagementteams and clients to design develop and deploy AIdriven solutions that solve complex business problems.
This is a client-facing delivery-focused role thatrequires strong technical expertise in AI/ML GenerativeAI NLP and automation excellent communication
skills and the ability to drive conversations with bothbusiness and technical stakeholders.
In this role you will lead client-facing discussionsfacilitate requirement workshops and translatecomplex business challenges into actionable AI
architecture and delivery plans. You will oversee end-toend execution of AI engagements ensuring qualitytimeline adherence and alignment with PwCs
standards of candidate will report to a Senior Manager. The AC
team functions as an extension of our overseas
Engagement Teams and works closely with those teamsas well as directly with clients.
Requirements:
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Proven experience designing building andscaling AI/ML solutions particularly in generative
AI with a strong track record in productdevelopment not just advisory work.
Solid knowledge of machine learning naturallanguage processing (NLP) and experience withtools and models like ChatGPTClaude and others.
Deep understanding of AI architecture contextengineering and spec-driven developmentmethodologies with expertise in backgroundprocessing techniques.
Proficient in the full ML lifecycle including datapreprocessing feature engineering modelselection training tuning and validation.
Strong grasp of DevOps/MLOps practices cloudinfrastructure and automation to supportscalable production-grade AI systems.
Identifying and pursuing business opportunitiessupporting clients in realizing measurable benefitfrom AI-driven workflows.
Design and implement AI transformationinitiatives that drive performance.
Excellent analytical problem-solving andcommunication skills with the ability to explaincomplex technical concepts clearly to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
Managing complex internal and externalstakeholder relationships.
Thriving in a dynamic consulting environmentwith a desire to grow within this setting.
Managing client engagements and internalprojects including budgets risks and qualityassurance.
Preparing reports and deliverables for clients andother stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining internal and externalrelationships.
Identifying and pursuing business opportunitiessupporting line management in proposaldevelopment and managing coaching andsupporting team members.
Supporting Engagement Managers withengagement scoping and planning activities.
Coaching team members in task completion.
Performing advanced data analysis to supporttest procedures.

Supporting Engagement Managers in draftingclient deliverables for review by EngagementLeaders.
Managing project economics for engagementteams.
Conducting basic review activities and providingcoaching to junior team members.
Good to Have:

Advanced knowledge and understanding offinancial risk management operational riskmanagement and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. AlteryxPower BI) and Microsoft suite tools (e.g. WordExcel PowerPoint).
Experience with major ERPs such as SAP Oracleand/or technology security management.
Programming skills in SQL Databricks andhands-on experience in automationtechnologies.
Accounting experience and consultingexperience.
Understanding of Responsible AI governanceand AI explainability requirements forAssurance.
Strong analytical skills with high attention todetail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within ateam environment.
Education/Qualification
Bachelors or Masters Degree in EngineeringComputer Science Artificial Intelligence DataScience Statistics or a related field.
More than 7 years of experience in relevant rolespreferably in a public accounting firm or a largecorporation
Previous experience in shared service deliverycenters.
Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer CISACPA (partial) or relevant data science/cloudcertifications are preferred
