Requirements:

  • Education: Ph.D. in mathematics (priority). Ph.D. in other fields with a specialization directly related to mathematical modeling and its applications may be considered.
  • Active language: Bilingual (French and English).
  • Must be familiar with teaching introductory university-level mathematics to management students. Must have in-depth knowledge and be familiar with applications of mathematicsto management. Must have at least 10 yearsof university-level teaching experience in mathematics.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstratethe following:
    • Recentexperience in teaching university-level mathematicsto first-year management students.
    • Ability to teach more advanced mathematics courses as well as courses in statistics analytics forecasting simulation or optimization.
    • Recent experience that provides relevant business and management applications in the classroom.

Coures schedules:

Proposed courses must be delivered in the teaching mode indicated by the Office of the Registrar (either in-person bi-modal hybrid or online. Note that online courses will be fully online synchronous live). Teaching method might incur changes due to health measures or other reasons.
