POSITION SPECIFICS
The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health provides strategic leadership for a comprehensive holistic model of psychological care within Intercollegiate Athletics. The Director oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering clinical services well-being programming crisis response education and integrative care initiatives that support student-athletes mental emotional and relational health.
This role works collaboratively across Athletics Sports Medicine Academic Services and campus partners to cultivate an environment where student-athletes can thrive as whole peopleacademically personally and athletically.

MINIMUM EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) or Doctor of Psychology (PSYD) 8 years of relevant experience includes 3 years of supervisory experience Required Certifications: Licensed Psychologist - Pennsylvania State Board of PsychologyBACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
