We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented FloridaAccount Managerto join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients with their policy needs handling service requests and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates do not have to live in Florida but must hold an active Florida 220 license. The ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience andmust hold:

. The role is primarily supporting personal lines but small commercial lines experience is also a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes endorsements and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies coverages billing and claims.
- Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.
- Assist clients with quotes coverage explanations and policy options.
- Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.
Qualifications
- Active 220 license (Required).
- 2 years of experience in an independent agency.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
- Small commercial lines experience.
- Familiar with Citizen Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
