Supporting our team of Paint Technicians locate and remove imperfections on panels and treat scratches and chips with the necessary steps. Youll wet sand and buff the needed panels to give the vehicle that showroom shine.

What You Need to Succeed
5 years of experience in paint chip repair wet sanding and buffing experience in a body shop environment
Strong work ethic flexibility speed and attention to detail
Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
Physical stamina to kneel bend and squat as well as lift up to 15 pounds
Valid drivers license and good driving record
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$44000.00 - $60000.00 yearlyWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
