Pay Range:

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field is required.
• Masters degree in Human Resources Business or related field is preferred.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner preferably in healthcare may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner Generalist or related operating in a complex business environment which may have included interpreting and applying HR policies procedures programs and processes is required.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred.
