We are seeking an experienced highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations deliver an exceptional guest experience and guide our team to success. The ideal candidate is a high-energy strong leader with a passion for hospitality excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing a high-volume high-performing restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including scratch-made kitchen production staffing inventory scheduling and service standards
- Recruit hire train and develop team members to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage financial performance including budgeting labor costs food costs and profitability
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Implement and monitor operational processes systems and company policies
- Drive sales growth and create a welcoming memorable dining experience
Qualifications
- 35 years of restaurant management experience (GM experience preferred)
- Strong leadership coaching and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational metrics
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
