Job Summary

Safar Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse & General Labor Associates to support warehouse and distribution operations across Minnesota. This role is essential to maintaining efficient daily logistics inventory flow and facility organization. Ideal candidates are reliable physically capable and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Load unload and stage materials and shipments
Sort pack label and prepare products for shipment
Pick scan and process orders accurately
Stock shelves and organize inventory throughout the facility
Palatalize goods and transport materials using pallet jacks or carts
Perform routine warehouse cleaning and general facility upkeep
Assist supervisors and team leads with daily labor tasks
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic communication skills in English (Spanish or Somali a plus)
Willingness to follow safety standards and use required PPE
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must be authorized to work in the United States
