Role Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our call center operations managing a team of 40 sales representatives. Youll drive membership growth while maintaining our high standards of healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive KPI achievement and optimize call center performance
- Implement strategic sales initiatives for inbound/outbound campaigns
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Management or related field
- 5-7 years call center management experience
- Proven track record in healthcare sales leadership
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations
