Regional Business Process and System Support Specialist – CRM

We are looking for a motivated and business-minded Business Processes & Systems Support Specialist for 1-year Maternity Cover. to join our regional team. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency process standardization and continuous improvement across the CEE region. As a key link between business functions and IT you will ensure that systems processes and tools effectively support commercial operations and regional needs.

Main Responsibilities

System & Process Governance

• Act as regional business owner for relevant tools supporting CEE markets and governing system changes

• Coordinate developments with Global IT and manage regional system challenges

• Consolidate business needs from local countries and translate them into regional priorities

Process Design & Improvement

• Design document and continuously enhance business processes to improve efficiency and experience

• Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives driven by data and KPIs

• Manage smaller regional projects or process workstreams as part of wider transformation programs

Standardization & Best Practice Enablement

• Ensure consistent ways of working through systems and process harmonization across CEE

• Represent the region as SME in cross-functional and international initiatives

• Maintain updated process and system documentation

Super User Community & Change Management

• Lead and develop the CEE Super User network

• Mentor and support local specialists through communication training and best practice sharing

• Drive successful change adoption for processes and tools

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in related area.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management systems support regional coordination or similar role

• Experience with ERP/CRM/Partner Portal systems

• Comfortable navigating data solving complex issues and translating business needs

• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

• Fluent English (written & spoken)

• Project management or process improvement knowledge is an advantage
