Are you a professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and fast developing business By joining us in Athens or Thessaloniki Greeceas Field Sales Account Manager (Systems) you will become part of the Emersons Global Sales team!

You will play a crucial role in identifying and securing strategic projects as well as collaborating with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and strengthen Emersons presence within the Installed Base for the Systems and Software business unit in Greece. The primary focus will be on key customer accounts across all automated industries with particular emphasis on expanding into the Renewable Energy sector (including Wind Solar and Battery Storage) the Marine industry and Engineering Procurement and Construction companies.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify and secure strategic projects to achieve or surpass annual targets for new installations (greenfield) and major plant expansion bookings.

  • Manage and grow the existing Installed Base within Greece ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Achieve bookings targets and support long-term business growth.

  • Promote product portfolio and services through regular customer visits and presentations.

  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations and act as key contact for Emerson.

  • Analyze customer needs market trends and competitor activity to shape tailored solutions.

  • Coordinate cross-division sales projects and recommend pricing strategies.

For This Role You Will Need:

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experienced with DeltaV or other DCS / PLC systems

  • Experience with Marine Renewables

  • Worked in a matrix organization
