In this role you will be a key driver in shaping how our clients transform into data-driven organizations. Based in our consulting hub in Athens you will lead project teams manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure that our technical excellence translates into strategic success. You will combine high-level business acumen with a deep understanding of what is possible in the world of Data & AI.

Your tasks will include:

  • Leading high-impact projects: Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex data initiatives ensuring they stay on track on budget and exceed client expectations.
  • Strategic Advisory: Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders helping them define their data roadmap and identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding our talented Data & AI experts fostering a culture of excellence growth and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Business Development: Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to proposals and sales activities that showcase D ONEs unique value proposition.
  • International Collaboration: Occasionally traveling to Switzerland and internationally to meet clients and collaborate with our team at headquarters in Zurich.

What you bring:

  • University degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience with a significant portion in in leading large-scale data transformation programs or management consulting.
  • Proven track record in project management and a solid understanding of the Data & AI lifecycle (from data strategy to production-grade AI).
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational landscapes.
  • A down-to-earth entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude. You are a doer who can also think big.
  • Native-level or excellent professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
