We are looking for a Capacity Supervisor to join our team.

The Scheduling & Capacity Supervisor (Capacity) is responsible for the effective allocation and optimisation of assessment capacity ensuring that all candidates have access to appropriate seating and test centres. This role plays a critical part in managing seat sourcing creating and maintaining detailed timetables supporting booking windows planning and allocating candidates to specific seats.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Examination Operations Coordinator who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

To excel as a Scheduling & Capacity Manager youll possess a unique blend of strategic foresight meticulous organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Were looking for someone who can not only manage complex logistical challenges but also drive continuous improvement in our assessment delivery processes. What youll bring to the role includes:

• Proficiency in Digital Tools: Demonstrable proficiency with core digital productivity suites (e.g. Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.

• Problem-Solving with Technology: The ability to identify manual or repetitive tasks and to think critically about how technology including AI tools could be used to streamline processes and remove complexity.

• Curiosity and Adaptability: A genuine curiosity for and willingness to explore new technologies particularly in the areas of AI and automation.

• Effective Collaboration with AI: The ability to articulate problems clearly to AI tools to generate useful outputs and critically evaluate those outputs for accuracy and relevance.

• Data Judgement: Exceptional data judgment with a proactive and analytical approach to data management.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.

What we do

Kaplan is a provider of world-leading professional 2018 we were appointed as the independent assessment organisation for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) which we then launched in 2021. This exam is now the sole route to qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales and will ultimately be taken by upwards of 13000 candidates per year.
