This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction retention and revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of manufacturing clients across Mid-Central & Eastern Canada.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding order processing and support.
QualificationsMUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree or College Diploma
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in account management or technical sales within manufacturing warehousing retail transportation and logistics industrial automation or related industries.
- ValidClass G Drivers License
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to the sites/customers inMid-Central & Eastern Canada.
WE VALUE:
- Experience with Honeywells product lines or competitive industrial solutions (e.g. Rockwell Siemens Schneider).
- Understanding of IIoT SCADA MES DCS or other automation platforms.
- PMP or technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments (e.g. discrete process heavy industry).
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
