- Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of care
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in dentistry with team leadership or management responsibility
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Proven experience running the day-to-day operations of a healthcare or dental practice
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support your team
- Demonstrated ability to drive business performance sales and meet KPIs
- Confident with front desk systems and administrative workflows
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with dental software is desirable but not essential
