Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Business Analyst Debit Cards to support the launch and ongoing optimization of a new debit co-brand card product for a major U.S. travel and hospitality enterprise. This individual will build analytical tools metrics and dashboards to monitor performance identify optimization opportunities and support product enhancements throughout the debit product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills experience within the card or payments industry and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
The Details:
- Location: Onsite in Dallas TX (DAL area)
- Duration: Approximately a 12-month consulting role through Blend (must be able to work on Blends W2)

What youll do:
- Work directly with the Product Management team to build the reporting tools dashboards and analytical infrastructure needed to support ongoing debit product performance monitoring.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to assess acquisition activation engagement retention and overall usage.
- Analyze and manage payment transaction data to uncover performance insights and emerging trends.
- Identify performance gaps growth opportunities and areas requiring optimization and present data-driven recommendations.
- Support the product enhancement roadmap contributing insights and analysis to improve customer experience and product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product marketing sales operations and issuer partners on initiatives impacting the debit product.
- Apply industry best practices and market intelligence to influence strategic roadmap decisions.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in the card or payments industry preferably with exposure to debit products.
- 2 years of financial analysis or business analytics experience.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Tableau SQL and/or Python highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including debit card operations regulations and emerging technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Additional Information :
The pay range for this role is $43-45 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills certifications training and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
