JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Business Operations Assistant
Organization: IN8 Group LLC
Location: Texas
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for the office(s).
- Manage relationships with vendors for operations facilities and hospitality.
- Collaborate with building management on facilities-related matters.
- Support office moves and provide direction for furniture relocation.
- Oversee office hoteling program and maintain efficient workspace usage.
- Promote facilities best practices and implement process improvements.
- Support emergency response safety and security practices.
- Coordinate visitor management and security functions.
- Assist with office sustainability programs and equipment maintenance.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities office administration or operations support.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish effective relationships.
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance productivity is preferred.
