Job Summary
- Managing all the administrative tasks in the MMS regarding supplier and article master data maintenance ordering and stock management
- Assist to conduct partial and yearly inventories
- Make MMS entries based on the properly authorized forms & approvals
- Responsible for store ordering and further follow ups
- Responsible for the distribution of all price updates
- Responsible for checking of METRO Post & Comparing with prices & availability
- Responsible for entering Stock correction/local article change into system and make sure their execution on timely manner
- Responsible for distribution of MMS Report on daily bases
- Preparation of gap check report on daily bases
- Preparation of stock correction/sale report on daily bases
- Responsible for price change as per DM request and buyer request.
- Responsible for blocking and un-blocking of articles as per request of Line Manager.
- Provide GR Sticker to Good Receiving department for supplier payment
- Execution of Rail Card and METRO POST Rail card generating as per request of Line Manager
- Responsible for manual ordering as per SOP and ensure availability of stock and stock days.
- Ensure proper working on OS & POS and Signage printing
- Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team members in order to ensure a healthy friendly productive and supportive environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Intermediate with 4 years of experience
