Job Title: Production Supervisor Compression Molding

Location: F-69/A SITE Karachi

Department: Plastic Production

Reports to: Manager Production

Job Overview:

Supervise and ensure smooth efficient production in the compression molding section while maintaining quality safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production as per shift plan.
Monitor machine parameters and reduce product defects.
Track production reports: material usage efficiency rejection ratio.
Ensure QMS customer and social compliance.
Manage shift labor resource allocation material handling and waste.
Maintain production documents and enforce health & safety practices.
Minimize machine downtime and production waste.

Requirements:

Age: 3040

Knowledge of compression molding machinery
Strong technical competency
Qualification: Intermediate or DAE (Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience: 25 years in plastics industry (compression molding)
Skills: Awareness of plastic materials ability to follow instructions
