Monitor facility performance and operational efficiency analyzing service data supporting vendor and maintenance coordination and helping to optimize workplace environments in the location.
Main responsibilities are:
- Track performance metrics and services levels for cleaning maintenance security and workplace support services. Follow with internal teams and external vendors to support preventive maintenance repairs and service delivery.
- Document and update standard operational procedures emergency protocols and asset inventories. Participate in audits to ensure facility operations comply with health safety environmental and corporate standards.
- Track sustainability energy efficiency and space utilization efforts through effective data tracking and reporting.
- Consolidate and update information in the companys facility management systems. Assist in preparing reports presentation and cost analyses for management decision-making.
- Monitor budget invoices and contract performance in coordination with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Administration/ Management
- 3 4 years experience in similar role.
Additional Information :
- Ability to coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving Administrative and operational problems
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS office/Excel.
- Business proficiency in English.
