Job Summary
Overview
The Senior QA is the technical expert and quality authority in the team. Responsible for leading test strategies mentoring all levels and driving process and automation improvements.
Responsibilities
Own test strategy for complex features or releases
Lead defect triage risk assessment and quality decisions
Mentor junior mid and lead QAs
Drive test process improvements and best practices
Define coverage strategies across modules
Lead root cause analysis on production issues
Review test cases automation scripts and QA outputs
Collaborate closely with PM Dev Leads and cross-functional teams
Support technical initiatives (automation tooling CI/CD integration)
Qualifications :
Qualifications
57 years QA experience
Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and system behavior
Ability to design test strategies for complex systems
Proven mentoring and leadership capability
Skilled with API testing automation concepts and quality metrics
Nice to Have
Experience building automation frameworks
Performance/security testing knowledge
ISTQB Advanced certification
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
