Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Udaipur India. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team managing customer relationships and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.   • Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings presentations and follow-ups
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports forecasts and other relevant documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage and update the customer database and CRM system
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities
  • Participate in trade shows and other sales events as required
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products services and pricing

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in lead generation and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Basic understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
