Assistant Night Manager

What youll do

• Assist management during the night and be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel.
• Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
• Answer phones sort out requests and anything that might arise involving the team as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times with deficiencies corrected immediately.
• Carrying out the night audit procedures accurately reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
• Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
• You make sure our guest experience never flags even at night! Whatevers needed you treat our guests as individuals make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
• Deal with the coming and going of guests making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
• Assist the Night Manager with end of day procedures.
