A Regional Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe efficient and effective operation of one of the major Forcepoints hubs. This position will oversee the physical infrastructure plan and manage maintenance and repairs ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a comfortable environment for employees and addition in this role youll be responsible for remotely managing facilities operation for Forcepoints UK site as well as supporting additional satellite offices across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Facilities Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cork office to ensure a smooth safe and professional working environment.
  • Manage POs track invoices and support budget monitoring for local office expenses.
  • Oversee routine preventive maintenance and ensure that all equipment systems and infrastructure (HVAC plumbing electrical) are in good working order.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshooting (if needed outside of normal working hours).
  • Coordinate renovation or remodeling projects as needed.
  • Coordinate negotiate and manage external services and contracts (cleaning electrical etc.) to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Access Control & Security Support:

  • Oversee the offices security systems (e.g. surveillance cameras alarm systems) and manage access control.
  • Process access requests including employee badges visitor access and temporary credentials.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of employees visitors and assets.
  • Regularly audit and update access records to ensure compliance with security policies.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with response teams (SIST) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure the facility complies with local regulations including safety codes health regulations and environmental laws.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
  • Support implementation of emergency preparedness plans

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift shipping boxes up to 30lbs
  • Availability for after-hours emergency response as needed

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or a related field - preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management security operations or a similar role
